Spinal Adjustments
Spinal adjustment is the term used for realigning the spinal vertebrae. Your vertebrae can move out of place for a variety of reasons including:

Electric Muscle Stimulation
Electric Muscle Stimulation sends a mild electric pulse through the skin to help stimulate muscles and manipulate nerves to reduce pain.
Massage Therapy
Dr. Mark has two massage therapists in his office to help relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress and anxiety and increase relaxation.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound uses high frequency sound waves to increase circulation and increase soft tissue mobility. It creates a deep heat which reduces pain.
