Headaches are usually caused by a misalignment in the neck. Sometimes muscle tightness can also cause tension headaches. Dr. Mark has had great success with adjusting the neck to relieve your pain.
Numbness and Tingling
Numbness and tingling occurs when a nerve is “pinched.” Tingles and numbness in the arms or hands are caused by a pinched nerve in the base of the neck. numbness and tingling in the legs or toes are caused by a pinched nerve in the lower back.
